Meet Your Guide

Hi, I am Caitlin. It’s an honor to walk this path with you. I am a psychologist, meditation, teacher, dancer, wife, and mama of two extraordinary daughters - and many beloved animals - and, like you, I strive to find balance and ease in my life through mind-body practices. I am dedicated to helping women do the same by connecting them to their deepest sense of self so that they can live a life of joy and authenticity.

  • Caitlin is a Licensed Psychologist, yogi, and dancer who helps her clients to connect with their true nature and sense of joy so that they can live a life that feels vibrant, aligned, and free from common ailments like depression, anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue, trauma, and grief. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health and wellness fields, and a lifetime in dance, Caitlin blends modern acceptance and mindfulness-based psychology with ancient spiritual and healing practices through individual psychotherapy, retreats, and teaching.
