Move your body
Listen to what lives inside.

A gentle return to yourself.

JourneyDance™ is a guided movement practice that invites you to listen to your body and move in response.

There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong.

Music, imagery, and simple prompts help you explore sensation, emotion, and expression through movement.

Some moments are playful.
Some are powerful.
Some are quiet and inward.

The practice simply creates space for the body to move in the ways it needs.

What Happens in a JourneyDance™ Class

A JourneyDance™ class is a guided movement experience set to music.

We begin slowly, arriving in the body and noticing sensation.

From there the music builds and the invitation to move expands.

You might find yourself:

• stretching or swaying
• moving with strength or intensity
• expressing emotion through movement
• laughing, shaking, or simply breathing

There is always space to rest, to soften, or to move gently.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

Who This Practice Is For

JourneyDance™ is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body in a supportive space.

No dance experience is needed.

Only curiosity and a willingness to listen inward.

The body already knows how to move.

JourneyDance™ simply creates the space to listen.

About Caitlin

I’m Caitlin, a clinical psychologist and movement facilitator.

For many years I’ve been interested in the ways our bodies hold experience — emotion, memory, tension, joy — and the ways movement can help us reconnect with ourselves.

JourneyDance™ is one of the practices I love sharing. It creates space for people to move, feel, and listen inward without pressure or performance.

Again and again I’ve watched what becomes possible when people are given permission to simply be in their bodies.

Questions are always welcome or visit the official JourneyDance™ website to learn more.
