Know Your Soul Purpose

I am trained in the alphabet soup of evidence-based psychotherapies.

As a perfectionist-people-pleaser who loves to learn, it was easy for me to move swiftly in any new direction that caught my attention and promised accolades and promotion

An excellent recipe for burnout.

Like so many, without a core understanding of who I really was and a clear definition of what success actually meant to me, I was on a fast path to disappointment and confusion because I was attempting to appease other people’s visions of who I was supposed to be.

Discovering my soul purpose changed all of that.

I was in desperate states when I began working with a Shamanic Healer. Despite a bustling private practice, I was unfulfilled and unclear about what direction to head in with my career. I was doing all of the “right” things touted by successful business coaches, but something still felt wrong.

Through a Soul Purpose meditation practice, I was led into the deepest parts of myself - the energetic imprints of my reason for being in this lifetime. I learned who I was from the inside-out, not based on fear or external expectations and judgments.

All of my misguided striving fell away.

I stopped trying to be the best at everything to everyone.

I settled into being who I already was

With peace, ease, and joy.

Today, in moments of stress, fear, and confusion, I still settle back into the experience of the soul purpose meditation to help ground and guide me toward aligned action. It continues to be one of the more powerful experiences I have had in my personal and professional life.

I am excited to be able to now share this gift with you. Check out my new soul purpose meditation offering. I continue to be humbled by the power of this practice and would be honored to help you find the same clarity and ease I experienced.

As always, please reach out with any questions. I would love to hear from you!

In love and light,

Caitlin
